  1. WTF is wrong with rotating these guys in 1 or 2 at a time!
  2. Like right now we have 1 offensive player on the floor (Lowry). The other 4 guys have zero offensive ability. Vasquez needs other great scorers on the floor to give him wide open shots. Terrible rotations. Just terrible.
  3. We're not that far removed from a 4 day break. He doesn't look visibly tired. I can understand limiting him to 28-30 MPG..... but not 18-20 MPG.....
  4. And OUT goes JV again. Just LOL. See you next game JV.
  5. The starters start the 3rd quarter and start to bust the game open. Who saw that coming,
  6. Ross +10, Salmons -7 tonight Salmons likely gets comparable minutes in the 2nd half. Casey is almost like an NBA version of Cito Gaston. Play the kids please.
  7. Like why is Terrance Ross not playing 35 minutes a night? You cannot explain it. Kid has taken a star turn but he still struggles to get extended minutes.
  8. Val nailed to the bench AGAIN. Another <20 MPG for JV again tonight? Inexplicable.
  9. Like I get that you're trying to spread the minutes around because the playoffs are coming. But there was literally no offense on the floor aside from DD. Pathetic coaching. If you want to play these guys rotate them in. Don't put them all in at once!
  10. Casey goes absolutely f***ing FULL RETARD Extended minutes with Hayes, Salmons, Vasquez, and Hasborough on the floor AT THE SAME TIME. WTF is wrong with this guy. Play the scrubs in garbage time. You don't play them at the start of the f***ing 2nd quarter.
  11. lol @ the "Ervin wanted to pitch in the NL" excuse. Good one Alex.
  12. You do what you need to do to get the deal done. Offer incentives, sell the player on the city/future of the team, scratch their ego to no end. AA has continuously failed at this. Some GM's could sell a freezer to an eskimo. AA simply doesn't have the communication skills to do this. His beta vibe is killing us.
  13. Is it your money? If that money isn't going to be spent in other areas to improve teh ballclub... how the hell could you not be behind spending it? It's not like this money is going to be earmarked for other FA's next year. It's a ONE YEAR DEAL for a proven starter. We're not spending 14M for the sake of spending 14M. We're spending 14M to acquire an excellent pitcher at a reasonable price.
  14. Who said Hutch is s***? The guy hasn't pitched in the bigs in 1.5 years. You can't just expect him to come in and solidify the rotation immediately. This team needed another proven arm in the rotation to sop up some innings and our GM failed miserably. By signing Santana we could've guaranteed ourselves a buttload of innings while also gaining the luxury of keeping Hutch for more seasoning in AAA. I'm disgusted right now.
  15. Doesn't seem to be causing him issues. Taking a chance on him on a one year deal is a no brainer.
  16. Yeah those 5 innings against s***** ST competition and MLB regulars who DGAF were UBER impressive.
  17. There is literally zero downside to signing Ervin Santana to a short term contact. Why would you not have been thrilled to sign an innings eater to a one year deal?
  18. Another EPIC fail from our FO. Couldn't seal the deal. There goes a guaranteed 200 innings down the drain.
  19. Lol @ the dorks saying she isn't at least a 9. Absolute knockout.
  20. Well this thread went to s***. ...Anyways... any idea when this craziness will end? f*** you Santana you greedy ****.
  21. Does the gift basket come with a Valtrex prescription?
  22. Just sold my home opener tickets with a face value of $22 each for $135 each. 230 profit! Thanks Jermain Defoe!
  23. Not too worried. They showed some great fight to come back.
  24. Whatever. We won 8/10 coming into this game and were on the 2nd game of a back to back. Not the end of the world. They'll destroy Detroit on Wednesday.
