    Well I provided reasoning so take it how you want to take it. The O's do indeed have more holes than us, and the Red Sox don't have a chance at taking after losing Ellsebury (Jackie Bradley is good, but not Ellsebury good yet) and according to Fangraphs their the team that lost the most fWAR this offseason so on paper they shouldn't be able to preform like last year. We could land in 4th and still achieve 80+ wins. Not by the media. A majority of the fanbase were yelling 'postseason' and every time there was postseason predictions we were up there. No one's talking about us right now in a positive/encouraging light.

    I think the Jays can get over 80 wins this year. Much less pressure to preform. Also the O's should (hopefully) do crap next year (more holes than us believe it or not) and I don't think the BoSox are repeating last year.

    The dude was a really good pitcher with exciting projections. There shouldn't be people who wouldn't be admitting to wanting him, it's not like his performance went south or something, his arm blew

    Ah, now I see your point, there won't be much activity on them anyways. I get that, but I much rather prefer doing daily ones though, thanks for the suggestion! I'll just use my usual GDT templates then, I thought I was going to use the heavy picture format for actual games, but ST games are fine too

    Oh man. I'm watching Hot Stove on MLB Network and Jon Hayman was asking Bailey about his extension and his questions was basically, "What do you tell people about your extension when you only went 49-45?", *sigh*.

    don't worry, I thought the Yankees were going to be the laughing stock of the AL East along with Baltimore finally playing towards their 'Pythagorean W/L record'. I also thought Boston will take 3rd and one of the Rays/Jays will go 1/2 and both make the postseason (the 2nd place team would beat out Texas). Boy was I wrong.

    What do you think the perfect system would be? I thought the best part about the system was scraping the Elias rankings (I still don't know how they calculated that) and going with the QO, making it more streamlined. When on the other hand, the Elias system was a great benefit for teams that are looking to rebuild (helped us a lot) and the fact that you can trade mid-season for players who you can still get compensation for.

    I have no problem with this, as long as they try to minimize the K-circlejerk to it's on thread, I'm actually interested in what they have to say lol I see what you did there . We have some talent, 2B/Pitching/General Manager talents though
