Just looked at PITCHES/PA data.
Martin (3rd), Bautista (8th), EE, and Donaldson in top 25 in AL.
Having those four at the top of the lineup will make the pitcher work more leading off the game. On a team that doesn't have guys on base ahead of JD, Bats, EE run much anyway, its a consideration. Making a pitcher throw 15-20 pitches or more starting the game is not insignificant. Many of the blow out games were due to a whack of runs in the early innings.
EDIT: expect there is a strong correlation between OBP and P/PA, anyway, so using OBP good enough.
