    So the timeline as to when 'last season' occurs is after the annual NPD? I thought the whole idea of debut waivers was to give owners that are busy at work, or have family commitments such that they can't really monitor the baseball rumour mill, twitter, etc, a fair chance. We will see the owners that are watching baseball events closely, grabbing AAA guys that are about to debut before other owners know what is going on. It doesn't matter too much to me as I'm fairly vigilant but think others may consider it unfair.
