    Gibbons's BP usage has been bad all year, at least he's consistent. Using Lowe yesterday down by 3 while using Sanchez today down by 1 is just another example of his consistency.

    Imagine if Yost had used Lowe in game 1 down by 3 and Sanchez in game 2 to try to keep the deficit at 1, not to mention not using Hendriks either, he'd be dumberer than he is. What if he had asked Ben Revere to bunt in the 3rd inning with a runner at 2b, no outs and a run already in. Good thing only Yost would do such things or these would've actually taken place.

    Seems like a tough match up for blue jays with these power rhp the Royals can throw at them.

    Thank you, been wondering if anyone else noticed. In fairness, Jays were lucky to lead by 3 to begin with. Offense really needs to step up.

    According to some posters here, Jays hitters should have adjusted by this point in the game and swung at balls.

    It's not the fact that the 1st pitch was a fastball, it's the fact that it got a good chunk of the plate thus giving Pillar a better chance to hit it hard somewhere.
