He's averaged 1.9 fWAR in 126 games per season in the other three full-time seasons he's played, which equals an average of 2.5 fWAR/season over 162 games in those three seasons. His "big year four years ago" was 3 fWAR. Not a huge difference, so this is just what he does and there's still room for upside. He's still only 27.
Not the full roster, obviously, but it's coming together. I'd expect to see Manoah there sooner than later. At the moment, Trevor Schwecke is the long 2019 pick named to the roster.
