He'd be, like, 10th on havok's depth chart: Cole, Ryu, Corbin, Bauer, Heston, Jungmann, Rodriguez, Anderson, de la Rosa, Estrada
Goddammit havok, trade me a starter!
I was going to start writing again, then I started a new job where I do a lot of the same things I'd be doing if I were writing, and writing just sounds like more work now.
I dunno, I haven't been involved with the blog at all in like 2 years. I think that both North and GD want to get into baseball, and to do that they'll have to A) do really good work, and get people to read it. A) is completely up to them, and is made a lot easier by the fact that JFaS has given them a platform.
Unless Ju1ced is being a complete dickfart or something.
GD, to your Stoeten point, why not just try to leverage the fact that JFaS put Breaking Blue on the map by using that as the vehicle for whatever it is you and North are trying to do? If the idea is to grow a blog, I'm not really understanding why you'd want to start from scratch.
I'm actually pretty surprised that this forum has been as successful as it has been. Ju1ced successfully gave the best members of the old broken forum a new place to talk ball, and the forum is kept reasonably up to date and almost never crashes. It has hundreds of unique visitors a day, and I believe it's still growing. He also created the blog that helped one poster launch his career, and could help two others if they're smart enough.
Of course the resident teenagers are unhappy and want to leave.
I think that's a dumb idea. We can't keep uprooting the whole community every couple of years. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this forum that won't also be wrong with the new forum given enough time. There are like 3 posters for which o2 is actually a problem, and all of them have the option of just not pushing his buttons.
