  1. Mike Trout suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  2. Yes, he does. He's not a good player.
  3. The Yankees would have been better off losing Jeter about 5 years before he retired.
  4. http://www.fangraphs.com/fantasy/the-change-officially-worried-about-madison-bumgarner/
  5. So was the trade Yadi for Swihart straight up?
  6. Present Stroman has been pretty ineffective. 4.22 ERA and 3.94 xFIP. It's great that he's going 7+ IP per start, but when they're Cosart level innings with 5 K/9 I'll take 5-6 innings of 2014 Stroman every time.
  7. So what is Pollock worth anyway? He'll be back next year at 29 years old, and projections will probably dip a bit from his current 106 wRC+. The elbow is also a major point of concern going forward. On the other hand, he had massive age-26 and 27 seasons. Tough player to put a value on. Is he following the Carlos Gomez career path?
  8. The allegations are real, but I don't imagine that there's much truth to them.
  9. Didn't you read vanland's posts on the old forum? He ran a multi-year scheme including puppet accounts like DJ Blu Ray and the dogg to turn people off to the old forum so that he could present this forum as a solution and make fat stacks off the few hundred unique visitors he gets every day.
  10. HAPPY RICH HILL DAY EVERYONE cf
  11. We've seen that happen for a lot of elite framers. Most common explanation is that teams don't employ terrible framers anymore so the difference between best and worst is much, much smaller than it was 2-3 years ago. He's likely just as good, just not relative to the rest of the league.
  12. Saunders makes a lot of sense as long as he's healthy and hitting. Martin too once he's back to normal.
  13. “What … it surprises you that he hasn’t walked?” Gibbons asked. “It’s not his nature.” Come on Gibby. That's fine from your gold glove caliber 8 or 9 hitter.
  14. It's annoying, but the runs lost don't likely amount to enough to warrant rocking the boat. They'll just wait it out.
  15. I remember when Swihart fanboy njh mocked me a few months ago for saying that Swihart wasn't well-regarded defensively.
  16. Can't post this without posting the ask.
  17. That ball was f***ing destroyed.
