I can't really speak to his earlier work, but as a GM I don't think he did anything really brilliant in Baltimore. He inherited most of the team. I guess he made moves to acquire Chen, Davis and Pearce (who he tried to get rid of). Hit and miss on the FA market. I dunno, I'd hesitate to call him one of the better GMs in the game. I guess Rogers has their reasons. Who's behind this anyway?
