It's a bit worrisome, but it's only 3 innings and he had like a 15/1 K/BB over 9-10 innings in ST.

Of course not. But I mean, can he just retire now seeing as he's out for the season anyway, or does he have to keep up the charade while 'rehabbing' or would he lose this year's salary if he said he's not coming back. It just seems silly for a guy at his age, with what he's earned and accomplished, to put himself through this anymore. He can't actually want to come back and play.

I don't think anyone would be bringing it up if Law had said something like "I have my doubts that Travis will become a major league regular". -
They really can't let him make his next start. Guy has 12 walks and 9 strikeouts in 14 innings with an xFIP of almost 5.5. You can't just keep sending him out there.
