From people I know who have it, it's still outperforms pretty much everything else, but I'm just going on what friends have told me. In either case, I know it is significantly better than what I'm getting with bell. The only reason I even went with bell was because they offered me an awesome deal, but that promotion ended and I'm ready to move on. -

Just got the call from Rogers and I made the switch to the same package TwistedLogic got. Pretty sweet deal since they are throwing in 3 HD PVR boxes for me since I told them I was going to add another TV. The Internet alone makes this deal more than worth it, but I upgraded everything and it's still coming in a lot less than what I am paying with bell and that includes adding another home phone line for my office. Plus they throw in free installation (obviously) and a $200 account credit. Pretty excited about the Internet. -
I suggest 7x7. Hits, HR, RBI, SB, Avg, OBP, SLG. Wins, saves, holds, K's, K/BB, ERA, WHIP.

Just a suggestion but it might be a good idea to pick a specific draft date now as well. From my experience with auction drafts, it takes a substantial amount of time to complete and it might be better to address that now than having a bunch of people pull out last minute. I am only available Saturday or Sunday's to draft, and will likely have no availability during the March break.

I agree. It's AG league and he should set the format as he sees fit. I always prefer a commish who rules with an iron fist.

Why not make side bets? I'm always for that, but I do think 20 for the main pot is about right. Remember, not everyone will be willing to part with much more.

20/20 seems pretty good to me. What do you guys think of something like a 250/100/50 pot split for the top 3 teams? Or do you guys prefer it all goes to the winner?

Also, if we're doing 20, then just do it in Yahoo. Everyone can money transfer to the commish. Will be a bigger pot this way.

Yeah the entry fee is a good point. I would suggest nothing over $20.

I am interested. Since its a yearly league I strongly suggest 20 teams not 30. We need a FA pool. Also, I strongly suggest that the top 3 teams take home prize money. Will help give incentive for teams a bit further back later into the season. Also, open it up to the main forum so that I have some dumb dumbs to easily crush.

Thanks for the info. I'm still going to get the 20 pack since I plan on going to more games this year, even if I don't sell any off. Next year I'll buy it earlier and give this a try. -
