  1. Lets just take it 1 game at a time. Last I checked the Jays were still on this epic 11 game winning streak, lets just keep it going and go from there. Jays go for 12 tonight and I say it happens.
  2. We just need to take this one game at a time. Our offence has the capabilities to make any pitcher look silly right now, so I have a lot of confidence in this team. Tonight they go for 12.
  3. That would be two games where a heavy burden is placed on the offense and pen. We can surely do better than this.
  4. He has been ok, but his bat has been non-existent. That combined together leaves him with no value or even negative value. We don't need a star at 2B with the lineup we have, we just need someone who can be consistently average. Anything more is just a bonus.
  5. I wouldn't mind seeing what Kawasaki can do at 2B. Maybe option him to the minors and have him play 10 games or so at 2B to see what he can do? If Kawasaki can play 2B at an MLB average level defensively, and keep providing a solid OBP and working the s*** out of pitch counts, that is pretty good.
  6. Moving Lawrie would be pointless. He is still cheap and plays plus D. His bat has been a disappointment, but he still has a lot of value for this team. I wouldn't even entertain moving him right now. Maybe in a couple years when he starts to get expensive.
  7. Not really sure, haven't seen enough of him to have a valid opinion. Unless his D is +, he probably isn't worth trading for with a non-relevant bat.
  8. If AA does indeed try to address 2B, D needs to be the primary focus and then go from there. No point in adding another bat that can't field. This lineup is strong enough, we need a better defender.
  9. I think its safe to say this team is back in the thick of things.
  10. Rogers cares about making money and money they shall make. For the simple minded people Rogers screwed up, for the shareholders, there laughing at the simple f***s.
  11. Florida is only good for spring training. Old people can't bother handling the grind of the regular season.
  12. Someone knocking you the f*** out might just do the trick. It doesn't happen often but it can. No brawl is better.
  13. AA had built depth that the vast majority of teams wish they had, but our fan base can't see it at all. Most have their heads too far up their butts.
  14. This is all complete BS. JP was a better GM than many give him credit for but AA hasn't been here long enough to make a valid comparison. At this point I still think AA is the better GM.
