    Yeah I didn't get it either especially since Jansen/McGuire/Joseph not giving you much outside of the grand slam yesterday.

    Not sure if you heard the interview from Montoyo but he said Kirk is only on the taxi squad for developmental reasons. They don't see him getting on the active roster.

    Lol if this was not a shortened season with expanded playoffs he would be fine.

    That contract gets even worst since he deferred a ton of money for several years after 2023. It's already sunk cost, not sure why they are wasting the roster spot on him.

    I don't think anyone thought Roark was good but we desperately needed a guy who could soak up some innings after 2019. He hasn't even been that bad today just 2 runs albeit some hard contact.
