    O yah canseco already said someone in the hall was on roids, as big as a douche as canseco is he hasn't lied yet. Steriods or not Bonds is the best hitter of all time and should be in there.

    Why even watch baseball? There were 300 people on the mitchell list and more thank likely hundreds more that didnt get caught. Chances are if you watched baseball in the early 2000's you were mostly watching roided up dudes hell probably even still today.

    There was an article a while back that said it was the owners who actually made the decision not to sign him. He said he would be more them happy to come back on a cheap contract.

    lol at believing his agent. They both new he had to go back to the NL to pitch so he can get a better contract and teams wouldn't sign him if they had to give up a first rounder so his agent bullshited to get the jays to not offer one.

    clearly the deal starts with sanchez and stroman. The angels will then want a couple good hitting prospects that arent to far away and well the jays dont have s*** for hitting prospects.

    not sure how JFaS isn't unimous best poster on this board. Hes made some damn intresting s*** up ( his pitcher thing to replace era, ha i can't remember and the knuckleball thing) and puts a lot of time into the s*** he does.

    rumors* say kershaw turned that much down. * is cause yah i know there rumors but i don't think hes denied them. Rumor has it it was for over 10 years and he wasn't ready to commit that long to LA. So you never know trout might think the same thing.

    why is it everyone on this board cites WAR for everything but then when debating about WAR they say WAR isn't the bestthing to judge a player just a general idea of what they can do. But then on every single trade/signing/player thread WAR is basically used to determine if it was a good signing or trade or a good player. I have no hate for WAR but jesus.

    went and read it again and they are saying he failed in 2006. I highly doubt mlb does not have solid evidence on all 13 players they suspended. Not one protested except Arod and my guess is its due to the ridiculous 211 games their throwing at him.

    I was reading something on mlb.ciom and pretty sure Selig said that arod tested postive in 2006 but it was never released. I could be wrong it was a couple weeks ago i read it.

    its really hard to say. I guess he could probably be but i don't think he would be as good as the better running backs in the NFL. But i have nothing to back that statement up.

    this thread sounds like a bunch of whiney jealous people in it. yes this is a kick in the face to see farrell get this award after he left the jays and we had a sh*t season. But wasn't everyone saying how shiity the sox were before the season and their gunna finish dead last. How you guys are going on saying blah blah blah a manager just sits there and doesn't do s*** but yet francona and maddon should get the award? sounds quite dumb to me.

    If i remember corretly the jays had one of the best pitching staffs in 07 and we didn't even sniff the playoffs. If pitching wins championships we should of atleast been contending..
