    the way i see it is if you don't want the yankees to go on a spending spree you would prob want arod to get suspended asap. The yankees need to get under the luxury tax which looks like they will either way. Once there under for the next year, the year after they can spend whatever they want and if arod drags the suspension out and get suspended later then their gunna have that extra money to go blow on free agents. But to be honest not 100% sure how the luxury tax thing works i just know if there not under next year they gotta pay like 45 Mil.
