Agree, and that's a great example. Farrell always sounded so smart in interviews, always polished and saying the "right" things. But he's not a good manager. Gibby is tons better IMHO even though he looks/sounds like a hick.
Agree. Bautista gets it. The game situations. What he needs to do and what his teammates need to do/can do. Could make a good bench coach/assistant manager some day.
