    That's just it I guess How do you judge a managers performance I thought Girardi was OK but the Yanks fired him and now he's got an underperforming team in Philly too And Boone seems pretty bad but his team might eke into the playoffs Who knows. I guess I do know that Montoyo is lackluster in several important areas

    Great interview with Gabe Kapler just now on MLB Network Giants bullpen is looking so solid I have serious manager and bullpen envy though his team may be just making him look good

    . I can't believe they got swept at home. They SHOULD have an easy time the rest of the way but I'd be thrilled if they continue to stumble somehow because that would keep both WC spots in play. No matter what the Jays prob have to win 5 out of 6 to hang in there. If they win at least 2 against the Yankees then lots of things can help them nab WC2... Either Red Sox stumbling OR Yankees losing to the Rays in that last series while we beat the Orioles
