    Plus year to year ball changes make comparison difficult You have to hit a fly ball a couple MPH more now to get it out of the park on average than just last year

    Yeah. I'm fully on board for WAR for position players, but I still find it iffy for pitchers sometimes. Regardless I'm sure Spanky and I can agree that Harvey should be "good hittin'" tonight.

    Yes I was Somehow Harvey is worth a little bit of positive WAR despite having an xERA almost 6, a FIP and xFIP of almost 5 and walking over 3 batters per 9 So OK they're both just bad

    We'll it's all true Harvey has been even WORSE than Roark was and he's still starting for the Orioles while Roark got dumped by the Jays

    Tanner Roark was awful but somehow Harvey has been even WORSE and they just keep sending him out there every 5 days

    It must be difficult playing on the Orioles. Matt Harvey has to go out there and give up a run per inning every start for the rest of the season cause they won't cut him Conveniently that works out well for us tonight

    I want Scherzer badly So does every other contenter save perhaps the Dodgers and Padres Washington will hold out for the best prospect package they are offered Also I presume he has either a no trade clause or at least 10 and 5 rights and can block a trade? That always complicates things too
