    Wilner's morons just keep at it though: Now listen. I don't expect most baseball fans to understand what qualifying offers and compensation draft picks are about. But if you DON'T understand them then just keep it to yourself, read about it if you want to know, and don't make yourself look like an idiot on Twitter by spouting off about it.

    He really, really is a great base stealer though. Gose can outrun him in a 100 yard dash I'm sure, but Rajai has the base stealing instincts. His problem is defense (despite the occasional spectacular play he's mostly terrible), doesn't get on base enough for a speedster and is a liability against RHP. He's a niche player who will be given a bigger role than he deserves by some NL team that wants to get "faster". Edit: Hopefully the Phillies

    I like Rajai but his time with us is done Accept it and move on Some NL team will pay him too much for his stolen bases and ignore his defensive liabilities

    Davidi on Sportsnet: “I guess I’m not really too surprised with the way everything went down last year and how I pitched whenever I was out there,” Johnson told sportsnet.ca. “It’s tough to be there for only one year and to have that bad of a year, it’s disappointing. Now I get thrown into free agency and get to experience it a little bit and see what it’s about. Excited, but still a little disappointed in how last year went.” Johnson did not rule out a return to Toronto, but said it was too soon to predict what might happen. “I don’t know,” he said. “My agent (Matt Sosnick) thinks about these things all the time, me, I told him I’m going to wait to see what the Blue Jays do and then we’ll start thinking about what the next step is. Now it’s time to talk about the next step and where we go from here, and we’ll see which teams call and everything like that.”
