    LOL yeah I agree. Stroman and Syndergaard look quite projectable as MLB starters. Stroman may have the lowest ceiling of the 3 but he sure looks like he's ready for the majors, the most "complete" among them. Sanchez still seems to have both ace and bust potential.

    LOL. I called it a month ago. He'll hit .300 in April (all singles, no extra base hits) and everyone will get all pumped up CAUSE HE'S HITTING .300!!! Then he'll hit .180 the rest of the season with an OBP below .250 and be playing in Buffalo by August.

    Keep in mind that at least one of Syndergaard, Stroman, Sanchez is still likely to completely bust. Which one?

    Are the Indians any more likely to pony up for him than they were for Ubaldo Jimenez, or is he likely to hit free agency too??

"[Playing in the WBC] probably isn't the best thing for me to be doing physically while I'm trying to get ready for the season."

    I guess that answers our question about whether a contract can contain language guaranteeing against a QO when top he contract is up. This is the first I've heard of someone having that. Makes a TON of sense for the player. Sucks for Phillies though...

    Yes, he can be useful if used correctly. Injuries to Lawrie and Reyes just meant too much time at 2B for him with us. He's dangerous there.
