Isn't it the Rays that used to have the Hooters girls down the lines? Just hire a few of them to do something interesting on the field during reviews. No one would even care what the call was.

Actually, there's some new research that MAY allow major earthquakes to be predicted up to 1/2 hour before they occur. If I remember right, some kind of atmospheric effect or something. Still in the early stages though.

The bigger problem will be when there's a play that's pretty obviously the right call, and the manager uses it as an excuse to buy time for a reliever to finish warming up. I do like the idea of a "shot clock" (maybe 1 min though), and perhaps give the umps the ability to disallow a replay if they all feel it's a stall tactic with no merit.
