  1. I think he made Sale mad lol.
  2. Yeah, I was eyeing him too, although I knew he wouldn't drop to my next pick.
  3. Oh yes we can

Tell them about it on their twitter feed. That'll get their attention if it gets retweeted enough.
  5. Looks like Osuna is back to the two seamer rather than so many cutters.
  6. Paste the team into excel (from each team's page to prevent formatting issues) and run the following query: let Source = Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Table1"]}[Content], #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Source,{{"Column1", type text}, {"Column2", type text}, {"Column3", type text}, {"Column4", type text}, {"Column5", type text}, {"Column6", type any}, {"Column7", type any}, {"Column8", type any}, {"Column9", type any}, {"Column10", type any}, {"Column11", type any}, {"Column12", type any}, {"Column13", type any}, {"Column14", type any}, {"Column15", type any}, {"Column16", type any}, {"Column17", type any}, {"Column18", type any}}), #"Removed Other Columns" = Table.SelectColumns(#"Changed Type",{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Removed Other Columns","No new player Notes","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value1" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value","New Player Note","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value2" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value1","Player Note","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value3" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value2","Day-to-Day","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value4" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value3","60-Day DL","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value5" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value4","10-Day DL","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value6" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value5","Not Active","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value7" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value6","(Empty)","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value8" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value7","Pitchers","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Replaced Value9" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"Replaced Value8","","",Replacer.ReplaceText,{"Column2"}), #"Removed Blank Rows" = Table.SelectRows(#"Replaced Value9", each not List.IsEmpty(List.RemoveMatchingItems(Record.FieldValues(_), {"", null}))) in #"Removed Blank Rows" Then just copy and paste
  7. Smoak just missed it.
  8. He's been great, but then you look at JD Martinez who has 27 in 57 games since the trade ...
  9. Abomination selects Klim Kostin. TCA is up!
  10. Bump for Spanky's curiosity.
  11. My favorite Verlander memory was his no-hitter against us. Towards the end of the game, his velocity kept increasing every inning. By the 9th, his fastball was in triple digits (think he had maybe a dozen pitches in the 101 to 102 range). Really impressive display.
  12. Miggy has two herniated discs in his back. Certainly explains his rough season.
  13. I wonder if the home run problem with the balls is the material, rather than the seams? I remember the issues a long time ago in Colorado with the humidor, etc. Maybe the new balls don't absorb moisture like the old ones did (meaning all balls were like the ones in Coors). If MLB tests at low humidity, they might not see a significant difference in the characteristics.
  14. I expect next year to be the start of my compete cycle. I feel like my rebuild is (mostly) ready, with a ton of young talent to slowly filter its way up as well to fill in holes.
  15. Grats. Hmm, I'm in worst right now. I like this precedent.
  16. The Yankees will probably finish ahead of us, but we should be second (and led last year). The TV ratings are probably down quite a bit this year, and the team has some other expenditures like starting the new spring training complex. The Canadian dollar is looking stronger however, which probably offsets the facility. We don't get nearly the revenue per viewer that big cities in the states do for TV viewership also. I would expect the payroll to hold steady or go down a little (be at where we were last year before signing Bautista).
  17. Abomination selects future goal scoring leader Owen Tippett. JG34 is up!
  18. Lol, I placed first in my Fanduel entry by a pretty large margin. What a horrible time to have entered a double up rather than a tournament
  19. I don't care who wins the game, but I have JD, Goldy, Ozuna, Stanton in various DFS / PL matches. Lots of home runs from those guys, along with Bour going 0 for 4 would be perfect
  20. Judge looked like he got jammed a little on that pitch and still hit it out.
  21. I think he'll win it regardless. I wouldn't be surprised if JD Martinez doesn't get more votes than Bryant does either, given the ridiculous recent impact he's had.
  22. Yeah, textbook by Romine. Don't know why they sent Bautista there with no one out. If that's the most we have to complain about today though, then things are going pretty well.
  23. He's figured out how to hit the ball the other way. It would sure be nice to see him also be able to turn on something though.
  24. It appropriately matches the team right now.
