  1. I could possibly see them having interest in Pillar to play LF. Other than that, they're pretty stacked.
  2. McHugh would actually be a really interesting target for us at the deadline, if we're sellers.
  3. As a Bregman owner in fantasy, I wish we could play the Astros 162 games a year. As a Jays fan, I never want to see him again.
  4. Mixed, but overall about what I'd expect to see. Of the 4 walks, 3 were to Altuve (I'm not sure he even threw him a strike at all). I'm a little bit concerned that he doesn't seem to really have a strikeout pitch. The change gets outs, but didn't seem to generate a lot of swing and miss. Hopefully we'll see him get to face a normal team and get a better read.
  5. s***, that was a great catch.
  6. I wonder why Gurriel has the elbow pad on while fielding?
  7. It makes more sense for JD to take the QO than sign a one year deal at a similar price, because that gets it off the table in the future.
  8. Borucki's dad is awesome. He said something roughly like this: "Ryan's gonna be a little bit nervous, Ryan's dad is gonna be losing his mind the whole game."
  9. The QO makes a lot of sense for both sides. It gets compensation off the table for Donaldson heading into free agency in 2020 while letting him rebuild value, and it gets us another year of an elite player without a long commitment.
  10. He's a fairly strong ground ball pitcher, who hasn't given up a whole lot of home runs in the minors. They may hit him a bit, but I wouldn't assume they'll hit it out.
  11. Finished 2nd out of 172 In a double up
  12. Legit. He was way up over the wall. Had to fight off fan gloves reaching for it too.
  13. Holy crap that was crushed! 471 feet estimated.
  14. Underwood threw 41 pitches in the 1st inning, and didn't give up a run.
  15. I'm liking what I see today. He looks a LOT more like his old self out there.
  16. WTF ump? At least both pitchers have had issues with his strike zone.
  17. It's really impossible not to like him.
  18. Man, can't be stranding runners like that against an ace.
  19. Wow, dunno how you miss the call on a pitch like that.
  20. Following it on StatTracker while watching Iran try to pull off an upset.
  21. LMAO, this is awesome! https://www.mlb.com/cut4/alex-bregman-shaved-his-mustache-between-at-bats/c-282735926
