    Well, if that's the worst half we have in the playoffs, we should do really well. We played like s*** offensively and we're only down 13.

    I understand taking him out with none out, but I don't like it with one out.

    If an umpire ignores the rules (especially in a case like a video review where there's clear evidence), that's effectively game fixing and they should be banned for life (and fired).

    You don't want a young prospect playing a role where they sit for 5 or 6 days a week.

    He looks like he has the talent to. Good swing, willing to take the ball the other way. We'll have to wait and see how it translates in reality though.

    We're seeing the team change fielding positions tailored specifically to each batter, for each pitcher, and each count. There's no way they're doing that and then running bunt decisions, etc off the tops of their heads imo. If they're doing it, they're almost certainly handling it the same way - and the data is likely telling them that bunting in those situations is to their advantage.

    47-34 at the half lol. Not exactly stellar basketball being played.

    His reasoning is crap, but I certainly wouldn't be opposed to signing Stro for 4 or 5 years at a reasonable rate. Fun fact, Stroman has twice the WAR of the next highest Jay this year. I do have one concern though, Stroman is throwing a lot of sliders this year. A LOT. That might not be good for his arm longer term.
