  1. f***...lost out on some Mexican because of my poor grammar.
  2. Meh, Nox has been called a lot worse than "dink". LTR. Do not go getting into personal useless arguments, especially in a constructive. threads. You know you'll have a short leash.
  3. It's not me. All of my NJH worship stuff is old school and pasted on my bedroom wall.
  4. Got to say I liked his line about it better.
  5. Look at that Avatar...is NJH the author behind bring back BJ?

  7. He has worded it better than many Christians athletes have in the past...and he still came off sounding like a complete idiot.
  8. Judge Judy's extension brings her to 6 years $280 Million. Can she be worth that contract? Can you run a regression model on someone who is already 100?
  9. He'll rage at the radio or even a game channel type feed.
  10. I don't think they are researching the opponents (the daily grinders do that though) but seeing as they are in 50/50's at small stakes it's safe to say they are just guys playing by heart. I was on a roll with the DF (was up from $10 to $80) lineup back in November when I saw a lineup I liked so I played half my bankroll in 100 team 50/50's or double up's. Sabres were playing Pittsburgh and the DF lineup had Crosby and Kunitz. I ended up with a score in the 40's (which is really good for hockey) and didn't make a cent. at least 60 of 100 teams had Crosby, Kunitz, Letang and Hornqvist. Letang and Hornqvist both had 2 goals and an assist and I was buried. So either everyone is going by their heart or all using similar DF suggested lineup sheets. I just happened to choose the wrong day to bet half my bankroll. But when so many teams are picking in a similar way you can see how it's easy to beat them in a 50/50.
  11. Boxy you've been calling me out all winter, taking shots at my team whenever possible. Lets put your money where your mouth is and trade waiver picks.
  12. Not every conversation has to be about The Howie's.
  13. My NBA Freeroll team. Side wager among BJMB'ers for a $1? PG Mo Williams CHA v LAL PG John Wall WAS @ CHI SG Tony Snell CHI v WAS SG Will Barton DEN v MIL SF LeBron James CLE v BOS SF Rudy Gay SAC @ NY PF Nikola Mirotic CHI v WAS PF Nene Hilario WAS @ CHI C Marc Gasol MEM v UTA
  14. Polanco looks bigger than 6'4" out there.
  15. Mr. Burns...1 pitch 1 missed bat. Cory Burns > The Sanchize
  16. My MiLB 2016 Third rounder (I already dealt my second) and I throw back my 2016 Rule 5 4th rounder (instead of the 5th I threw Feather) for your 1st waiver. Even if these picks suck it is enjoyable making people do admin work just moving our crap around.
  17. I can't even disagree. One of my issues is that I refuse to view myself as a team that needs to rebuild (I'm not saying that I'm not...I just don't want to do it).
  18. Nope but still will do it next year with the FeatherD, as I still believe that MiLB picks are useless. I will admit that the AA rule makes it considerably different than the Fantasy Challenge league where there are 15 of Fangraphs 200 available.

  20. Yeah first out of 14.3K. He just corrected me that it's $2000 he won. Even with that he has just continued playing the smaller tourneys. I suppose that's a good thing (especially since I have been in Vegas with him several times and I know how crazy he can get).
  21. Much like Poker, in tournaments you are looking to cash high up (a win is huge). But winning is really, really tough and you play very differently (not the optimal lineup likely as you'd like a stacked line or powerplay in hockey) My buddy Rob has had great success in tourneys, considering he doesn't play that much and after his success he didn't really up his entry fees. here is his results summary https://rotogrinders.com/profiles/rrmack34 But without those couple big wins (January 31st he won the hockey, I think that was $1000, and just last week he had a 4th in hockey and forth in basketball tourneys), he's having great success but take away those big wins and he's doing worse than the 50/50 or double up grinders. If you are playing for fun...do the tourneys. If you are trying to make money and don't mind working a long time to get up there...play the grinding method. Or do the combo of the two.
  22. The Dangle Factory optimal lineup is a good start. Don't know the updated stats but it was around 70% cashing. When I do play now, I do a 50/50 or double up. Then jig the lineup for the $1 or $2 tourney.
  23. The ball still went 300 feet
