    I finally saw Kumar at his best in the Oklahoma St opener. Every other time I saw him he got outs but just looked good not great. Saturday he was as good as any NCAA pitcher I've seen. Had to be 70 percent strikes and nothing down the middle. I thought Leiter might be passing him but no way....this is a lock at 1-1

    Jays have plenty of time to find out what they have currently and then make a trade if needed. The lack of expanded playoffs puts a little more pressure on them but I think the F.O. would be content going into the season as is.

    So starters finally got to equal statistical footing with relievers for the first time in years and people think that teams are going to move away from it chalking it up to a 60 game anomoly?

    Eventually they have to take a 40 man spot to get to the bench though. Not saying we shouldn't have these options but at this point we will not be the optimal destination for these vets
