    Chris Sale has ramped up his throwing. I'm willing to trade him now at a 20% discount from his post debut price of a young star hitter who is about to debut or has debuted (so math the maths and think 20% of Kelenic). I have 13 players on the IL now. I don't want to leave the next owner a clusterf*** of roster decisions so 1 for 1 deals only. Deal can be enhanced by 1st round picks, but I wipe my ass with 2nds and below. As always offers through Fantrax given priority.

    It is time I clean up my team. I have Yuli, Rizzo and Colin Moran at 1B and Turner and Machado at 3B. I'd like to move 2. Needs are youth, SP, OF and SS. I'm not out of this year yet but if you have an impact player out for the season I'll consider starting a true rebuild. Farm is not a priority but I have spots open if you think you can enhance a deal. we may have new people here (I have no clue) so tips for dealing with me. 1. Fantrax over PM on here (I don't even sign on here every week anymore). but I get it if you have to use this. Most in the league text me which works well. 2. I'm moving impact players so I get it if you don't want to come in with an offer right away. But don't start with "take a look at my team, tell me if you like anything". I don't look at my team. I most certainly am not looking at yours 3. It is seldom a quick process. If I accept right away you probably made a stupid first offer, I will take my time usually.

    Just remember if anyone shows interest in the league that I will happily hand over the Ginn and Jews. I am only making moves moving forward which help better set up the team for the future owner. Also remember that I don't sign on to the boards much anymore so I prefer offers over "what do you want for Story"

    Sleeper - Tanner Morris. Good eye - contact guy who showed up in camp in better shape than he left Vancouver. 2024 Morris will have fans saying this is the guy that will replace Biggio. Bust - Eric P...oh wait he was my bust pick 3 years ago. Have a set people and reach. I will go with Orvelis here. For no other reason than I think he had some bad habits with his aggression and time away from ball might hurt him more than some others. Probably should be a regression over bust but you don't give me that option. Legit - Sim. His change up is supposedly developed now and I saw him as a #2 type before. He might get elite hype soon...it will all be from me but that shouldn't matter.

    Exactly women threw themselves at this guy for 20 or so years and every indiscretion was covered up and allowed because he was that god. Suddenly the god in the city is more of a memory but still sees himself as this protected god. My opinions on Alomar have never changed. Amazing ball player...terrible human being. I have had this opinion these boards for years. This is probably the third time public incidents have come up for this debate to happen. At some point you just have to say it...once again Hurl was right

    My Dad got it last week and died three days later. My Mom currently has it and is symptom free as the Vaccine she got appears to be helping her. One hour ago we got the call that my Dad's cousin passed away due to it as well. It has hit my family hard to say the least.

    I am fully aware my team is a mess (I've hit my max moves for this week). By week 3 I'll decide if I want to tear it down and rebuild or move all my spects and picks for a run at 8th place.

    Pretty sure it was George (bad guy) who won the money. Nick's situation was unavoidable as he went to a new career and pretty much would have zero access while at work and knew he would not be active enough for our standards. Honestly not sure what happened with George, I tried several times to contact him with no response. Haven't seen him as active on Facebook for a long time. I should make sure to get phone numbers in the future if we bring in a non board regulars.

    Just want to add that Kumar's line against South Carolina was: 8 IP, 3 Hits, 2 ER, 2 BB, 14K 116 pitches Leiter went 124 pitches in his no no. Overall now through 5 starts: Leiter 29 IP, 7 hits, 11 BB, 49K 1 ER Kumar 31IP, 11 hits, 10BB, 48K, 2 ER Their next two weekends are both against very cold hitting teams in Mizzou and LSU. Thus far it's so much better than Cole and Bauer in 2011 as far as tandems go.

    Robert Frey has a video series on how he scrapes data and converts it to some "advanced stats" but he doesn't have anything public that I know of. There is zero data anywhere on pitch type that I know of, so still sounds like he is full of s*** but who knows. Still would be such a small sample size that it is virtually useless.

    Did you know that since high school (2016) Manoah has seen the 5th inning in a start under 10 times (once in his Freshman year, once in his Sophomore year [also pitched 4 and a third in relief once] and 6 times in his draft year)? If he proves himself in the minors that he is a guy that can hold up as the game progresses that is amazing. If some other team wants to pay the correct price to find out that information, the Jays should and will listen.
