This is the third year I've opened against Los Osos. Lost 12-2 in 2014, 11-3 last year...4-10 this year? Nope I'm calling it now I'm going to win at least 6.
I know others have pointed out what an insufferable prick you are, but I'd like to add to it. Somehow Sanchez making the rotation automatically means that Chavez has zero value to this team? He could easily be an Alex Colome type for the Jays this year. Not to mention the value he holds at the deadline, when this teams needs are better known. That's without calculating the other side in Hendriks.
I don't mind someone pointing out that they called a trade to be a bad one when it becomes a bad one (I do it all the time with the Marlins trade) but to start patting yourself on the back before anyone throws a pitch is completely Grant-like.
yep. 1 bar in the entire area too (cool bar but still s*** how few are in the area) few restaurants too. As I've mentioned before though...the atmosphere inside really good (12k in the Trop with half cheering the Yankees was louder than 30K in the RC), and the customer service is the best I've seen for any stadium (all sports). Tampa is very ass backwards with sports. Raymond James is city owned and the home dressing room is worse than most U.S. high school dressing rooms. Probably has cost the Bucs dozens of FA's (as stupid as that is). Tampa city council buried the Orlando/Tampa Olympic bid too, which would have been probably the best location for it.
Higher than Brandon Finnegan (which is tough to figure out as Finnegan got traded with two other nice pieces for Cueto). Not saying they have the need to trade him right now either.
that's where this all started with this supposed "hive". Many of us just said that all things remaining the same (no one ever said things couldn't change), Sanchez value in trade far exceeds his value as a starter for this team. That became a "everyone hates Sanchez" from enough posters that it became a different issue.
Marlins love low K, high GB pitchers.
and if Aaron Loup wasn't the ugliest guy in the clubhouse he could bang Jackie R. and wouldn't have the sore forearm.
gets the thread back on track, all while referencing my "hottest Jays" list. Full circle
Cyborg or some other really smart guy...isn't it the curve ball that takes the greatest hit the more times a batter sees it in the game. I'm looking to respond to someone who said something stupid about this http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/blue-jays-consider-using-royals-rotation-model/ article.
B-Ref is tracking Spring opponent quality on a very low level way (10 being MLB, 8 AAA, 7 AA, 5 HiA, 4 full season A, 1.5 to 3 short season, 1 pitcher
Sanchez 8.3
Floyd 7.7
