I'm not talking about my own personal list. I'm saying that Callis is making a statement which will almost never happen (Bryce Harper is only one I can remember). If he kills FSL pitching they will likely move him up to top 5-10 and make someone closer to the majors their number 1. In the end the numbers on the list don't really matter but these lists spark conversation about strengths and weaknesses which is good.

Except they never jump prospects up 30 something spots because that's not the way they have ever done it...it would be a jump to top 10, then #1 the following year. I know this is just Callis going with something that will be retweeted the most and stating that he likes Vlad (or his father we aren't sure). He has three prospects in his top 10 which will not lose their eligibility. What kind of a season would Gleyber and Vlad each have to have for this scenario to happen. If he thinks Vlad will be #1 next year...put him at #3 this year.

not at all actually. Law had final say on all things in the draft. That's why the rift happened so quickly when Riccardi sided with one other (unknown person but in my head it was AA...but likely it wasn't) against Law and what he says was everyone else on the Romero vs. Tulo draft decision.

Funny that my highest one on the list has among the worst trade value. I think I have to move an asset to fit Carson Kelly though (this report has me sold). So available in trade is Joe Panik or Tyler Thornburg. Could move either moving way up in the waiver draft or a 2 for 1 deal.

Blue Jays have talked to Hector Mendoza. Another team expects the Jays to be the eventual winners when the negotiations are done. This is news you aren't going to find elsewhere. Just have to trust me and pat me on the back if I'm right and ridicule me if I'm wrong.
