Im actually a Straw fan but we got him batting leadoff and pinch hitting for our cleanup hitter multiple times this season.  If that doesnt explain the situation of our offense then nothing will lol

I don't think anything is wrong with Gimenez they just know he can't hit lefties and are using Clement at SS to try to infuse some more offense to the lineup. Clearly hasn't helped much. But I think they will try to sit him against lefties whenever possible and bring him in for Defense at the end of games they are leading.

Our offense has been so pathetic/injured that hes been one of our best hitters this season lol
