Billy Carlson and Seth Hernandez are set to make history as the first high school teammates who could be picked within the top 10 spots in any MLB Draft. Carlson had a great year, but college players have jumped over his stock. Could the Blue Jays be the team to pick him and contribute to MLB Draft history?
