Invasive Ads

Ok, so I felt this needed a thread because the ads are wild right now.

Literally a huge box/banner ad in between every single message in a thread.

I thought the ads were going to get LESS invasive here, or so we were told by Brock.

Anything we can do about this??

I'm moving this thread to the site suggestions.

I'm actually considering changing how ads are displayed, specifically on forum pages. It's not *terrible* on desktop but on mobile, I also find them intrusive.

I'm going through some stuff right now and not as active as I normally am. I will put it on my list of things to dive into and come up with a better solution.

Yes, i am speaking more about the mobile sites. The ads are huge and extremely repetitive and takes a while to scroll through an entire thread of 50/50 user messages/ads

By the way, I haven't forgotten about this. I thought my meeting with the ad provider was yesterday but I was off by a week. I'm going to discuss our options on this during that meeting.
