hanton Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Author Posted April 3, 2024 Bo too for staying with the tag yes
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Jose dealing. So much better than ‘22 when his stuff got hammered consistently leaking back over the middle of the plate.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Changeup or sinker...we have no chance
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Justin Turner is a monster against lefties.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Vlad is such a frustrating hitter. Takes a 2-0 meatball down the middle, then swings at the next pitch outside the zone and grounds out
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Turner is the only guy who has even made the pitcher work. He's looked good everyone else bleh
el duque Verified Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Turner better than Belt, an upgrade that should get us as far as last year
jaysthebest Verified Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Are we allergic to take pitches? I love to see our batters being aggressive lol.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Easy win from here for the Astros lol
el duque Verified Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 How that little guy can swing like that
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Just no margin for error when the offence is performing like this. Sucks cuz Berrios has looked great.
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Author Posted April 3, 2024 up at his eyes, just like Francis - gotta get the ball down
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Turner better than Belt, an upgrade that should get us as far as last year Belt had a 138 wRC+ and was a LHH. JT was 114 last year and projects 105 costing more than Belt. He is hot right now and has always had a good approach. But I don’t know how he is an upgrade.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 LETS GO BLUE JAYS *CLAP, CLAP* *CLAP, CLAP, CLAP* LETS GO BLUE JAYS *CLAP, CLAP* *CLAP, CLAP, CLAP* LETS GO BLUE JAYS *CLAP, CLAP* *CLAP, CLAP, CLAP*
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Shocking...another groundball
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Kiermaier is so overmatched against Valdez Jeez
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Seems like there is no plan at the plate for a lot of these hitters. Lots of weak contact early in counts.
TorontonianJD Verified Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 First game I’ve watched this year. My god, Kirk is as fat as ever. I can’t believe they traded away Moreno and kept this guy.
el duque Verified Member Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 The difference between Astros and Jays is that Astros built an offense dangerous from 1 to 9, Jays after the 5th are a minor league team, what is Falefa doing here?
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 3, 2024 Posted April 3, 2024 Great job getting out that Berrios
