How do we know this?

 

Speculation and results. There was some discussion on social media that he wasn’t really open to advice he was being offered. The Jays have tried multiple ways to communicate with him.

should have clarified, removing the qualified filter Belt is ahead of Kirk, in 2022 among all qualified Jays Chapman/Kirk were 1/2

 

Yeah, that's what i thought. Belt is among the highest in the league.
