I texted this to a friend earlier...wtf?!?! A ballpark is allowed to have metal exposed enough to cause injury to a player these days? People bitch about the "turf" in some parks but Boston is allowed to have exposed metal that causes cuts that need stiches?

Unfortunately it’s been designated a historical monument so some s*** so it can never be demolished. They would actually have to build a new park elsewhere to get out of that dump.
