Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Bo needs to move ASAP. Just see how he is at 2B. He is headed there eventually anyways
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 I wonder how much longer the Tsutsugo experiment lasts. He really hasn’t been good at all in MLB.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Thank god Diaz didn't run that out properly lol
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Wow a 3 up, 3 down 9th at the Trop. Bo with another bad throw but Vladdy bailed him out. Big W.
Slyfisher Verified Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Fortunate win.. Really hope our defence can straighten s*** out!
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Good win!! Springer and Teo are around the corner as well. Finally about to get the lineup we've all been waiting for. *knock on wood
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Solid work by the pitching tonight.
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Bichette nearly threw that away
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 (edited) Bo with an awful throw to end the game. He's a mess Edited April 24, 2021 by JFD
204BJs Verified Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 The D is horrid, glad we pulled out a W
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 To do what we are doing with the awful defense on 3rd and short is amazing by our pitchers
43211234 Verified Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Bo seems to be clanking everything off the heel of his glove. He did again on the final play of the game. Hands of stone. Not worried too much about the throwing.
WryNGinger Verified Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Bo has got the yips bad. If he stays at SS it could ruin his confidence. He clearly is overthinking each throw already. Hope Charlie DH's him for a couple games to get his head back on straight.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Need to play better D but any win in the trop is welcome.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Hard to not be impressed with his bullpen 4ip no hits and 1 walk.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Montoyo waiting to put out his slap hitter lineup so he can try to prevent the 10+ K game. Glasnow is going to dick down any version of this lineup tho.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 You post this like 3 times a day man. Enough. lol... right?! 3's being generous.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 If the team is competitive come the Trade Deadline I think they trade for a SS to move Bo off the position. I don’t think you can do that with Semien. No way mate, SP.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 GG by the Birds... we got this series!
polar bear Verified Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Bichette nearly threw that away You can say that almost every game. I’ve been following the Jays since day one, and I’m struggling to remember a defensively worse SS than him.Why they can’t see the obvious beats me.Flip him and Semien, and while they are at it,third base and left field needs to be looked at,not nearly good enough.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 lol... right?! 3's being generous. Don't you talk smack about me after the fact. Do it during or not at all lol. Things I acknowledge for being a broken record about: 1) BIggio is not a full time 3rd baseman and should be batting at the bottom of the order once we're healthy. 2) Bo can be a good SS down the line but is really bad right now. We are putting his needs above the rest of the team for the season if this continues. 3) Kirk over Jansen although Jansen's swings are getting better even if he has no results to show for it.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 This was posted previously in the thread and the popular opinion was that he's on pace to break that number in ONE season lol.

Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Popular opinion 2 people. You're a numbers guy, you should have been all over that. Or do you only bring numbers up when it fits your narrative lol.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 You're a numbers guy, you should have been all over that. Or do you only bring numbers up when it fits your narrative lol. Defensively I wouldn't look at errors. Bringing numbers up presents the truth, it's not about anyone's narrative.
