Implication. Zoinks!!!

I didn't say he better wake up this year because he hit into a DP you f***ing idiot. Look at his numbers last year and tell me he met his potential. How old are you again?

So, I ask the board who is the better defender at 2B,Biggio or Panik and no response from anyone. No interest in having a civil conversation, only interested in stirring up s*** and pushing buttons. You guys are clowns, I'm out.

For the most part all teams do live in game interviews, is what it is. Yet SN should be airing their home games so they chat while the other team bats, lol. :P

Rooting for this guy to bounce back(Kevin Smith)... decent start anyhow.

Merryweather 2 straight BB's on 9 pitches, no bueno.

If Nate continues dominating this spring like he has is there any chance at all he comes North to start the year?

Slim to none IMO. They will hold him down at least to get the extra year, maybe more to get him into maximum groove before hitting MLB

Nah. They’d have to cut someone since Pearson is not on the 40. They won’t burn an asset to rush Pearson.

Pearson basically embarrassed 2 of the better hitters in the majors last season.

Is he the best pitching prospect the Jays ever had? Was Halladay considered a better prospect?

Yes the best and it’s not close

From what I could find through some cursory googling, Halladay peaked as BA's #12 prospect. It's not exactly apples to apples, but by that metric, Pearson is a "better" prospect than Halladay was.

Halladay BA #12. Others are Dustin McGowan (BA #18), Chris Carpenter (BA #28)

Notes from the game in Bradenton today as I was in attendance:

Pearson is unreal and as weird as it sounds, it looks like he could still add muscle to his frame. He also won me a few drinks because no fans there knew he could throw 100.

Zeuch was laughably bad. His walk of shame down the baseline alone after being torched was like sadness personified.

Alejandro Kirk is even rounder in person than he looks on TV.

O’Neil Cruz Is somehow a legit SS at 6 foot 7. Incredible upside potential even if he moves off short, the dude has scary power and looks like he could use Joey Cora as a bat. He murdered the baseball off Zeuch.

I think Vlads homer hit the netting in left field before the sound of the bat crack could be heard. Only a slight exaggeration.
