M.E. Verified Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 I haven’t paid attention to the Sox but all I see and hear from MLB channel and radio is about how great Tim Anderson is and how he is changing the game. I question that very much seeing that he bats 7th. This dude should never be spoken about in that context.
BlueRocky Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 He’s batting .323/.353/.500 right now but his first three season were not so great. Still young though
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 I'm liking Vladdy J in the 2 hole.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Is Hudson being used as an opener or being transitioned back into a starter?
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Hudson with the meatball but a better RF catches that.
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Is Hudson being used as an opener or being transitioned back into a starter? I think they're trying the Tampa opener thing with Hudson
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 He’s batting .323/.353/.500 right now but his first three season were not so great. Still young though put up good numbers last year, would have been league average hitter but for babip
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Is Hudson being used as an opener or being transitioned back into a starter? Short notice opener/bullpen day
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Seems every at bat close calls go against Vlad.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 I'm liking Vladdy J in the 2 hole. I take it back
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Should have bunted to get his confidence up
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Hard hit ball there...right at 3B though
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Hard hit ball there...right at 3B though He has not had much luck either.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Hard hit ball there...right at 3B though Yes, that would normally go for a hit. vladdy's babip is .231 He's getting squeezed and the baseball gods are angry
PGSC Verified Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Lol Vlad laces it right at Moncada. This guy has had the most ridiculously unlucky starts to a career I’ve ever seen.
polar bear Verified Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Seems every at bat close calls go against Vlad. Yeah! Right. Let's face it,he can't hit major league pitching.
BlueRocky Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 Vladdy’s GDP 111.8 mph exit velocity
polar bear Verified Member Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 I'm liking Vladdy J in the 2 hole. Why?
