Gibbons had some real head scratchers too, but somehow they had a knack of working out.

The math says that a sac bunt is bad.

Maile has hit flare singles in the past, it's not like he literally cannot hit the baseball. Him swinging away has a better chance of a good result than him sac bunting.

Yeah, but he's not a very good hitter and has very little power. Considering the options, I'd rather have the runner on 3rd and 1 out than rolling the dice that Maile can get a clutch rip or advancing the runner by putting the ball in play.

Were really going to cash in on the prospects when we trade Daniel Hudson at the deadline

Not if he continues gas canning.

Montoyo is a really heartwarming story, but he's not great so far.

Also, too, he was out as f*** on that steal.

Holy f***, he was nowhere near the base, how could this possibly not be overturned?

Oh, right, the idiots in New York are idiots, so like 20% chance they get this call correct.

Gibbons almost never tried the sac bunt, and that was one of his best characteristics.

And do you know how many close games we lost? Those teams won by 4-5 runs when we won. We were not so hot in close games, we couldn’t score worth s*** when we were not hitting bombs. Gibbons did bunt in game 5 ALDS close game, late innings even with guys like JD, JB coming up. We don't have anyone close so far.

Replay is great, I love replay

But it would be great if the people looking at the replay weren't functionally retarded.

MLB reply is a f***ing joke. Does anyone believe that call would stand if it was the Yankees asking for the replay?

How can a single human look at that replay and call that safe.... No excuse for that.

They've been really bad at it since they started. It's almost like the people looking at replay HATE the idea of replay so they're trying to undermine it.

That was ridiculous on its face, nobody could look at that and agree with that call. Nobody.

I was informed today on the board that it is 2019 not 2005 and we can’t use certain words. I think you meant to say mentally challenged.

it’s unreal that they are actually paying people to watch replays and they fail that misreably at it.
