I'm always amused by these "average joe" caricatures. Like, plumbers don't exist in big cities.

I think the BBDL will need 2 (assuming Connor is serious about coming back in, and everyone else is okay with that). I'd have to check with one person and make sure they still wanted out.

 

Like the other leagues, it would make sense to have a dispersal with an optional opt-in for current owners.
