truth. i actually don't eat ice cream - that comment was for effect.

so much of general fitness is predicated on diet and discipline.

 

hardest thing to cut out is alcohol, but in moderation it's ok. pescatarian diet, maximimze protein via fish and soy, and good balance of vegetables and nuts. not a believer in supplements or protein shakes - still skeptical about effect on long-term health.

I think he was out on the hand transfer. His momentum carried him through the base a little bit and he slid too far for his lead hand (right) to stay on the base. There appeared to be a very brief moment before his left hand made contact with the base where he wasn't touching it at all and the tag was being applied by Franco.
