Loved the podcast, I think you guys know how good it is. If I can say anything, as someone who listens to a lot of podcasts (Joe Rogan, At The Letters, Generation Why, Startalk) You might want to edit out the gaps. There are just too many gaps, where you don't have any discussion. I think you have too many people on the podcast at the same time, and that takes away, because no one knows when to talk. I dont think there is anything wrong with the material, knowledge, understanding of baseball, these are all there. There is software that will trim these gaps for you, and I dont think they cost much. Edit: I mean to say that when you have that many people on the podcast, then you are liable to have gaps because people may not know when to talk, vs. two people having a conversation. Thats why you need to use the software that will just trim the gaps, and make it sound like a smooth 4 way Convo.
