New Managers needed for Hockey League

The Board's Dynasty Hockey League (WTPDL) is seeking three new managers to keep it as a 16 team league. The settings are as follow:

 

20 Roster spots, 15 Keepers.

 

C, C, LW, LW, RW, RW, F, F, F, D, D, D, D, D, G, G, BN, BN, BN, BN, IR, IR, IR, IR, IR+, IR+

 

Forwards/Defensemen Stat Categories: Goals (G), Assists (A), Plus/Minus (+/-), Powerplay Points (PPP), Shots on Goal (SOG), Shooting Percentage (SH%), Hits (HIT), Blocks (BLK)

 

Goaltenders Stat Categories: Wins (W), Goals Against Average (GAA), Saves (SV), Save Percentage (SV%)

 

10 prospects on the farm (Draft to be held)

I'm a diehard hockey fan and my normal league has collasped, would love to join as long as I can attend the online draft. Drafting is half the fun. If in I would expect to be indefinitely.

15 keepers? Are a majority of those non NHL players locked in? I'm in a 16 team league and we only get to keep 6. 15 seems excessive to me.
