His numbers were farcical this season: .402/.531/.818 with 14 2B, 23 HR, 44 BB, 18 SO, .417 ISO, and .552 wOBA playing for California in the Pac12 conference.

And being a 5'11" 1st basemen should keep him out of the top half of the 1st round. That could change if he plays in the cape and shows something with a wood bat but he's heading to the National team so he might not play in the Cape.
