These guys are not playing and have been serviceable SP before. Lord god we need some help. tell me if Jose only got 1 mill you couldn't get one of these for not much more.

Biagini is likely a better option than all of those guys, and almost certainly cheaper too. Regardless, Kazmir has an arm injury, Lackey retired, I think Feldman is recovering from knee surgery, Jimenez and Garza suck ... a lot (not quite Tillman bad, but close).

Garza has upside as a low cost signing. Biagini is a good bullpen arm and a bad starting pitcher.
