Anyone here that are season ticket holders enter in the draw and get picked?

 

I am in disbelief that they are limiting it now to less then 300 members.. was anyone lucky?

I'm not a collector and so didn't enter the draw.

But this whole lottery and points thing for perks like this won't help renewals for those with less than great seats.

Entered the draw but haven't gotten an email so I assume didn't win. Lol they don't even announce the players apparently. The players must have complained about the event. No reason to only have 300 people.

I got a notice earlier in the week. One of my season ticket partners will be attending.

I received my notification on the 2nd but they will not be announcing who is in what group in advance.

Ended up having a friend who won the thing so I went. It was stupid they split everyone into 2 groups so you couldn't get half the players. Also a lot of the big name players were no shows.

 

As far as I could tell there was no Bautista, Martin, Stroman, Sanchez, Estrada, Happ, Montero. One side had Donaldson and Pillar and the other had Morales, Smoak and Osuna.

I was in the "red" group today. It was stress free and relaxing unlike last year. Purely do to the low number of people who "won" invites. My wife and I each received an autograph from each player in our group. We were near the end of the line and were still in and out in less then an hour. Or group had Donaldson, Pillar, Goins, Travis, Barnes, Tepera, Refsnyder, Rowley, Tepesch, Ohlman, Cole, Dermody and Montero.

 

Not sure who was on the other side "blue" group. But I definitely didn't see Bautista or Stroman in the group.

You definitely got the better side. I will say it was nice that there was minimal waiting. Feel like they should have let you get every player though doesn't make sense why you'd only get half.

 

Blue was Zeke, Morales, Barney, Lopez, Howell, Pearce, Campos, Smoak, Loup and Osuna

I'd rather have Donaldson's autograph than any of the Blue Side guys, most of which I already had. Plus Montero would be cool since he won the WS last year.

I don't understand why they can't do this more often for the season ticket holders. The players were literally out there for 45 mins. Even 4 times a year would get through a lot more season ticket holders. That's less then an extra 2.5 hours of signing, over the course of a season. I understand they have lots of other team commitments outside of playing throughout the season. But a couple extra hours over the course of the season for the people paying thousands of dollars for tickets doesn't seem unreasonable.
