Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Not sure how that's going to happen. I don't play for a MLB team. People get moved around in jobs all the time. Mail room time.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Dealing with constant anxiety is a terrible feeling. A lot of times, people have no idea on the outside that someone is struggling mentally. I know jokes will be cracked, etc. etc. but just keep in mind that Osuna must be feeling awful if he felt the need to go public with this. I'm actually glad he did, helps fight some of the stigma against mental health problems and if I'm an advocate for anything, it's that. Toronto's most well known mental health hospital is still in an old timey insane asylum FFS. (consider donating to CAMH, btw)

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Reminds me of Cyprus Hill's hit song "Insane in the Brain"!! I wonder if obsessive trolling counts as a mental illness?
Gary Verified Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 I wonder if obsessive trolling counts as a mental illness? You'd have to ask yourself that question there, box man.

A lot of times, people have no idea on the outside that someone is struggling mentally. I'd be surprised if it wasn't the majority of people with anxiety/depression who hide it well (enough) externally so people don't know. I've been suffering from clinical depression since my early 20s, and not many people would guess that from talking with me...
