Yes. They're supposedly going college heavy (at least in the 1st round) so you'll probably get a good chance of seeing whoever goes #22 and #28.

Uhm, those guys are already in full-season ball which is a step above short-season Rookie ball. In order from lowest to highest it goes:

 

GCL Jays

Bluefield

Vancouver

Lansing

Dunedin

New Hampshire

Buffalo

I know a lot of our top draft picks last year ended up in Vancouver.

Norberto Obeso, Rodrigo Orozco, Jose Espada maybe. They might have some some older-age IFA kids they throw on there too, but most of those guys start in the GCL or Bluefield. Most of the prospects will be newly drafted College kids, which like I said should feature some highly drafted guys this year.

Kevin Vicuna will probably be another name to watch. Right now he's playing in Dunedin due to injuries.
