John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 So it's pretty much Salty as the only position player left standing now right?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 And Leone is still going.... Gibby clearly bet on the Angels tonight I mean his options are either keep going with Leone or use Loup against Trout and Pujols. Not exactly the best outcome for us.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 inb4 Bautista dong. You got until next season for that lol
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Was Calhoun 0-2 against Leone career or something?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 So it's pretty much Salty as the only position player left standing now right? It's too bad we got rid of Drew Hutchison. I hear that guy used to play shortstop in school.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Look at Smith's numbers. Hot damn
King Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Was Calhoun 0-2 against Leone career or something? 1/4 with a double
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 That slider is all kinds of filthy.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Everything was up in that at-bat f***
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 When Bautista makes that play, you know Carrera's misplay was bad.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Everything was up in that at-bat f*** It's Mike Trout. It really doesn't matter where you throw it. Supposedly up is his biggest weakness.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 When Bautista makes that play, you know Carrera's misplay was bad. Wonder what the hit% on that one was...
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 It's Mike Trout. It really doesn't matter where you throw it. Supposedly up is his biggest weakness. His biggest weakness is still better than most hitters in the game's strengths
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 It's Mike Trout. It really doesn't matter where you throw it. Supposedly up is his biggest weakness. True. However Smith's strength is clearly down. I will take it. Smith has been great for us this year so far.
King Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Wonder what the hit% on that one was... 42%
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 True. However Smith's strength is clearly down. I will take it. Smith has been great for us this year so far. Personally, I think a pitcher throwing from that angle can have success going up with the fastball because it's annoying to pick up. Smith is nails regardless.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Good AB by Travis...lined it right at the RF though
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Travis is starting to show signs of life. Nice little opposite field line drive there, after having some pretty decent AB's against Chris Sale yesterday.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Interesting question,.... who can the jays even call up to help the pen tomorrow? Didn't they just send Dermoody down and can't bring him back up unless someone goes on the DL?
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Just got in from the bar making grilled cheese now, had to do a double take if this was a Jays in 30 or live. Go Jays Go!
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Oh god. Tepera is warming up. It's all going downhill.
King Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Interesting question,.... who can the jays even call up to help the pen tomorrow? Didn't they just send Dermoody down and can't bring him back up unless someone goes on the DL? Bolsinger started tonight too. Chris Smith is injured. Send out Tepera and Latos and bring up TJ House and Brett Oberholtzer
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Oh god. Tepera is warming up. It's all going downhill. I think it's been all downhill since the bat flip
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Bolsinger started tonight too. Chris Smith is injured. Send out Tepera and Latos and bring up TJ House and Brett Oberholtzer Would have to DFA both of them, but might have to. Even Borucki is on the DL in Dunedin
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Now THAT is a surprise bunt. Carrera should take notes.
