Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 WORLD SERIES REP: Yankees Hot take!
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 I think the East will be pretty fun this year. Yankees have a pretty exciting young team these days, I think the Sox, Jays and Yanks will all make the playoffs. I'm hoping this is the year the Orioles finally bust when their pitching implodes, and we can forget about them entirely for a few years.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 Man give me a couple shares of deGrom @ +2500 I like the Syndergaard action. He's the heir if Kershaw misses any time.

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 I like the Syndergaard action. He's the heir if Kershaw misses any time. Scherzer will still give him a run for his money.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 Hot take! What can I say, I like their team.

KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 I'm just going to go ahead and be the big homer/optimist and say the Jays make the World Series. Do they have the strongest case on paper? Probably not. Can I imagine a realistic scenario where it does happen? Sure and given the relative futility of making baseball predictions in the first place, I'll just run with it. AL 2017 MVP: Trout CY YOUNG: Sale ROTY: Andrew Benintendi MANAGER OTY: Gibby WORLD SERIES REP: Jays NL 2017 MVP: Harper CY YOUNG: Kershaw ROTY: Manuel Margot MANAGER OTY: Dusty Baker WORLD SERIES REP: Nats
TheHurl Site Manager Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 AL 2017 MVP: Altuve CY YOUNG: Kluber ROTY: Benintendi MANAGER OTY: Mike Sciosca WORLD SERIES REP: Astros NL 2017 MVP: Arenado CY YOUNG: Kershaw ROTY: Bell MANAGER OTY: Bud Black WORLD SERIES REP: Cubs Time for a bump. This guy was likely the most accurate.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 AL 2017 MVP: Trout CY YOUNG: Carrasco ROTY: Benintendi MANAGER OTY: Francona WORLD SERIES REP: Indians NL 2017 MVP: Harper CY YOUNG: Kershaw ROTY: Swanson MANAGER OTY: Maddon WORLD SERIES REP: Giants Lmao Giants + Swanson
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 AL 2017 MVP: Trout CY YOUNG: Sale ROTY: Benintendi MANAGER OTY: Tito WORLD SERIES REP: Red Sox NL 2017 MVP: Bryant CY YOUNG: Kershaw ROTY: Swanson MANAGER OTY: Maddon WORLD SERIES REP: Cubs Not completely out to lunch Trout getting hurt sucks but Bryant should be in the conversation. Sale is a front Runner as should Tito, Kershaw is the ERA leader so he will get some of them old Dinosaurs voting for him. Red Sox Cubs world series is good possibility. I will pat my self on the back for this one.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 Lmao Giants + Swanson Ya i did the whole swanson deal too fair to say a big let down

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 Time for a bump. This guy was likely the most accurate. Maybe on Altuve? I think Sale will beat out Kluber, Judge obviously wins ROTY, lol @ Mike Scoscia, and who knows about the WS. I'd probably go Indians or Yankees at this point. NL will probably be Stanton, maybe Bryant, Rendon or Goldy. Doubt it will be Arenado, but possible. I doubt Kershaw wins the Cy, I'd lean Max right now, but there are a few ahead of Kershaw imo. Bellinger is pretty much a slam dunk for NL ROY. Probably got Bud Black right and who knows about the WS but the Cubs aren't the strongest team by any stretch. So 2 right, maybe?
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 Oops lmfao you're so bad that your AL Cy pick literally couldn't win it if every pitcher in the AL died. Dummy.

I had Tanaka and Thor as my Cy winners,
